You may have enjoyed some tasty food over the Easter holidays but the yumminess doesn't stop there! This month we have put together a delicious vegetarian menu that will even appeal to meat lovers! From the humble mushroom to a tasty twist on the Bakewell tart there's plenty to enjoy with this easy to prepare a feast.

Starter: Individual Mushroom and Goats Cheese Quiches 

Gluten-Free, Vegetarian

We love this recipe from Taste that benefits from using our own gluten-free ready to roll pastry. These bite-sized tarts are bursting with mushroom flavour and creamy goat's cheese. Simply roll out your pastry and line your tins with it. Pre-bake your pastry and cook your onions in melted butter adding garlic and thyme for flavour before adding your mushrooms. Add this delicious mix into your pastry cases along with your egg and cream mixture and bits of goat's cheese. Perfect served with mixed Italian salad these easy little starters can be pre-made ahead of time making mealtime stress free.

Main: Gluten Free Two Cheese, Chive & Potato Pie

Another award-winning pie! If cheesy goodness is your thing you'll adore this flavoursome little pie. Made with the finest mature cheddar and red Leicester and mixed with potatoes, a helpful serving of wholegrain mustard, garlic and fresh chives this delightful creation will appeal to all your guests. Winner of the Bronze Award at the 2019 British Pie Awards it's great served with fresh veg including earthy broccoli and sweet baby carrots.

Get the baking utensils out again because these delightful Lemon and Almond Tarts from Olive are simply too good to pass up. Our sweet ready to roll almond shortcrust pastry is a great option for making this recipe easy and gluten-free. This twist on a classic Bakewell tart is filled with a rich lemon curd and ground almond sponge. We love to serve it warm with a fresh dollop of cream. Just remember to use your favourite gluten-free flour.
