Summer is now in full swing and we have certainly been enjoying the slightly warmer weather. It can often feel like a bit of a chore to cook when it's warm or you are trying to enjoy the longer nights and dining out is a luxury for many of us who are trying to be frugal with the rising cost of living. That's why we have put together this super simple menu for July so you can sit back and enjoy an evening of tasty and affordable food whilst making the most of the weather.

An easy, light, flavoursome starter perfect as finger food to have a catch up before sitting down to eat. It’s completely gluten and wheat free and a great dish to kick off your dinner menu with! Simply mix cottage cheese, capers, lemon juice dill and spread onto smoked salmon stips before rolling up into bite-sized rolls! Made with scrummy leaks and spicey chorizo and seasons with some sweet, smokey paprika it's sure to tickle your tastebuds.
