Deliveries from Sue’s Gluten Free Kitchen
We deliver our products across the UK. Nearly all of our products are packaged frozen in order to keep them as fresh as possible!
Deliveries are scheduled only during the week (Tuesday – Thursday 8am to 6pm). If you would like a weekend delivery, please ring us on 01969 622222 and we will arrange delivery for an extra charge.
Orders are dispatched currently using FedEx Local Courier Services direct from our bakery. PLEASE ensure you have the correct destination postcode, we can’t be held responsible if you quote an incorrect address or postcode.
++ Overnight delivery is from when we dispatch your order – not from when your order is placed. ++
Please note we have a minimum order of £25 (not including postage which is £7.99).
Any orders not on the mainland could take the minimum of 2 days and so TGFK cannot guarantee products will be frozen on delivery although we will put extra ice in. All responsibility must be taken by purchaser.
Order Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible (usually 2-5 working days). If there is a specific date you require your order, please let us know in the ‘customer comments’ section and we will do our best to get it to you on that day.
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Mainland UK - Standard shipping rate £7.99
- Mainland UK - Free shipping on orders over £100

- Scottish Highlands & Islands - £30.40
If you would like to order our products to an area we don't currently offer delivery to, please contact us. You will also find some of our best-selling products on sale with Ocado and in Waitrose stores.
We do not recommend any Scottish Offshore deliveries as they will take three to five days delivery. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to Scottish Highlands. This is because all products are sent our frozen and would not remain frozen throughout the longer journey.

If you are not going to be at the delivery address please make sure you let us know where your parcel can be left. This could save you a trip to your local depot which can be a long way from home! FedEx will send you a text message or an email with a 2 hour time slot on the day of delivery. We will email you with tracking details the day before delivery. It’s your responsibility to be available to accept the parcel or provide alternative instructions.
