Your gluten free short crust pastry is the best ever!

I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.

I have just discovered your Gluten Free Short Crust Pastry - THANK YOU! It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I have made the most wonderful mince pies with your pastry and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get my hands on some more and make some more delights.

I just had to let you know about an order I recently made with you.It was delivered on time, exactly as the courier specified. Everything was still frozen and well packed.My husband and I had our first pies this evening. I had the chestnut mushroom and my husband had the steak and ale. Both really tasty and my husband said that it’s the best steak and ale pie he’s ever had. He’s 65 so he’s had a few!!!Really pleased with everything and I just wanted to say thank you.

I can only say ‘WOW’!! I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. And yes I have sampled part of the order and the Victoria sponge muffin was delicious! A naughty treat but well worth the calories!

I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was able to get it covered and decorated and ready for the wedding…. You truly were a life saver and my client had the tasty gluten free cakes that they needed.

Just a brief word to say the cake arrived safely on Thursday last and the excellent packing ensured that it was not damaged in any way.
