Venison, Red Wine & Mushroom Pie

Slow cooked haunch of Venison in a red wine sauce with field mushrooms and smoked bacon encased in a freshly made rosemary suet pastry. (GF)

Filling: venison 27%, red wine (sulphites) 7% ,mushrooms 7%, smoked bacon, carrot, onion, garlic puree, tomato puree, rosemary, salt, black pepper, maize starch, malt extract, beef stock (water, beef extract, onion, tomato, carrot extract, herbs, spice, garlic, salt, glucose syrup, flavourings, maltodextrin, yeast extracts, rapeseed oil, colour (caramel)sugar ),  water.

Pastry: rice flour, potato flour, gluten free oat flour*, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, beef suet, pork fat(lard), xanthan gum, psyllium husk powder, salt, rosemary.

*oats used in this oat flour have had the gluten removed to <20ppm.
