Ingredients: 
Sausage Meat Filling (Pork (37%), Water, Seasoning (Salt, Rice Flour, Spices, Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Dextrose, Preservative (Sodium Sulphite), Yeast Extract, Sugar, Natural Flavourings, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Flavouring, Natural Colour (Carmine))),
Gluten Free Pastry (47%) (Margarine (Palm Oil, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Emulsifier (Lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids, polyglycerol ester of vegetable fatty acids), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Natural Flavour, Vitamin A (Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil)), Potato Starch, Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Oat Flour, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Pea Protein, Salt.

Cooking Instructions

Oven cook from frozen. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 220°C | Gas mark 7 | 200°C Fan. Remove all packaging, place sausage roll on a baking tray flat side down. Bake in the centre of the oven


Electric oven: 220 degrees for 40 minutes.
Electric fan oven: 200 degress for 35 minutes.
Gas oven: Gas mark 7 for 45 minutes.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For best before date, see front of pack. Keep frozen -18°C.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.

I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. I kmow it soind's silly but when you find something G.F that is good and does'nt fall to pieces it's a big deal. So thankyou soo much for the yummy Custard Tarts. Xx
