I just wanted to send you all a massive thanks! I’ve only really spotted your sweet bits for sale in Waitrose and on Ocado, and FINALLY!!! I managed to get my hands on some Egg Custards with my Ocado Delivery - WOW!

They immediately took me back to great times with my Grandad like 25+ Years ago when I could eat 'normally’, and he used to spoil me and my brother every weekend and walk us to the bakery to choose what we wanted - it was always one of these or a Custard slice for me! Thanks for making such an epic product (I love the Bakewell’s too) And now I’ve found your online presence I’m sure I’ll be stocking up once I run down again in the near future! Thank you again guys!

I have just discovered your Gluten Free Short Crust Pastry - THANK YOU! It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I have made the most wonderful mince pies with your pastry and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get my hands on some more and make some more delights.

I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

I can only say ‘WOW’!! I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. And yes I have sampled part of the order and the Victoria sponge muffin was delicious! A naughty treat but well worth the calories!

Just a brief word to say the cake arrived safely on Thursday last and the excellent packing ensured that it was not damaged in any way. It was enjoyed by all at our gathering on Sunday and you were right, – it didn’t taste any different from an ordinary cake which made our two gluten-sensitive family, very impressed. I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.
