Sue Fleming

Having started all those years ago doing all the baking herself Sue now spends most of her time in the office and organising so all the departments work in harmony.  She can often be found helping out in the kitchen where she is still the happiest. 

Sue started as a one-man band, creating the recipes and baking from scratch in our original premises. As the business has developed and moved into its 4th location, her role has become more managerial and therefore office based. 

She has trained all the staff and can still get involved in production when necessary).When not at work Sue can be found in the hills of Wensleydale and Bishopdale with her Springer Spaniel walking. Or else growing flowers for her pots and hanging baskets around her home.
