Description

Delicious free range pork wrapped in Brocklebys  gluten free pastry. Uncooked and frozen for you to bake at home.uncooked, frozen, with gelatine sheet included in the box and to be added during the cooking process - cooking instructions included

The pork pie needs cooking first and then needs at least 1 hour for it to cool down, once the pie has cooled down you need 50ml of boiling hot water which you mix the gelatine sheet into and then pour through the hole on the top of the pie. You then need to place the pie straight into the fridge to cool which will stiffen the jelly this takes a few hours.

Very expensive but to be honest they are worth it.

My mouth waters whilst it is cooking. To be able to have a freshly baked pork pie that tastes just like the real thing is a dream.

I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. You are the first company I’ve found that makes them I’m sure my waistline will suffer for your excellence. Thank you.

I just wanted to send you all a massive thanks! I’ve only really spotted your sweet bits for sale in Waitrose and on Ocado, and FINALLY!!! I managed to get my hands on some Egg Custards with my Ocado Delivery - WOW!

They immediately took me back to great times with my Grandad like 25+ Years ago when I could eat 'normally’, and he used to spoil me and my brother every weekend and walk us to the bakery to choose what we wanted - it was always one of these or a Custard slice for me! Thanks for making such an epic product (I love the Bakewell’s too) And now I’ve found your online presence I’m sure I’ll be stocking up once I run down again in the near future! Thank you again guys!

I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.

I just had to let you know about an order I recently made with you.It was delivered on time, exactly as the courier specified. Everything was still frozen and well packed. My husband and I had our first pies this evening. I had the chestnut mushroom and my husband had the steak and ale. Both really tasty and my husband said that it’s the best steak and ale pie he’s ever had. He’s 65 so he’s had a few!!!Really pleased with everything and I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you so much, our order arrived as scheduled – wonderfully packed and still frozen solid. How nice to find a company who “goes the extra mile” striving to get it right… a first-class product with express delivery and very professional packaging.

I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. I kmow it soind's silly but when you find something G.F that is good and does'nt fall to pieces it's a big deal. So thankyou soo much for the yummy Custard Tarts. Xx
