You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I have made the most wonderful mince pies with your pastry and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get my hands on some more and make some more delights.

I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.
