I just wanted to send you all a massive thanks! I’ve only really spotted your sweet bits for sale in Waitrose and on Ocado, and FINALLY!!! I managed to get my hands on some Egg Custards with my Ocado Delivery - WOW!

They immediately took me back to great times with my Grandad like 25+ Years ago when I could eat 'normally’, and he used to spoil me and my brother every weekend and walk us to the bakery to choose what we wanted - it was always one of these or a Custard slice for me! Thanks for making such an epic product (I love the Bakewell’s too) And now I’ve found your online presence I’m sure I’ll be stocking up once I run down again in the near future! It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I have made the most wonderful mince pies with your pastry and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get my hands on some more and make some more delights.

I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was able to get it covered and decorated and ready for the wedding…. You truly were a life saver and my client had the tasty gluten free cakes that they needed.

I can only say ‘WOW’!! I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. And yes I have sampled part of the order and the Victoria sponge muffin was delicious! A naughty treat but well worth the calories!

They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.
