I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was able to get it covered and decorated and ready for the wedding…. You truly were a life saver and my client had the tasty gluten free cakes that they needed.

My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. You are the first company I’ve found that makes them I’m sure my waistline will suffer for your excellence. Thank you.

I have just discovered your Gluten Free Short Crust Pastry - THANK YOU! It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I have made the most wonderful mince pies with your pastry and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get my hands on some more and make some more delights.

Just a brief word to say the cake arrived safely on Thursday last and the excellent packing ensured that it was not damaged in any way. It was enjoyed by all at our gathering on Sunday and you were right, – it didn’t taste any different from an ordinary cake which made our two gluten-sensitive family, very impressed. I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. I kmow it soind's silly but when you find something G.F that is good and does'nt fall to pieces it's a big deal. So thankyou soo much for the yummy Custard Tarts. Xx

I can only say ‘WOW’!! I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. And yes I have sampled part of the order and the Victoria sponge muffin was delicious! A naughty treat but well worth the calories!
