Found this pastry by accident in the freezer at Waitrose so I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve tried other brands but never found a pastry the came anywhere near regular pastry. This pastry is superb, not distinguishable as glutenfree, the texture on rolling was great,it didn’t crumble and handled well. I made individual beef pies, the cooked pastry was light and tasty, just as I remembered pastry should be. I would recommend this pastry highly and only hope that at some stage you develop a puff pastry of equal quality
I have just discovered this product. It is incredible! Easy to roll out, baked perfectly and tasted fabulous. I am not gluten intolerant but made it for my son, who was equally impressed. To be honest I thought it was better than Jusrol and many of the others I have tried. (and when baked did not have a ‘soggy bottom’.)So all I can say is I will now use it as my pastry of choice.
