Your gluten free short crust pastry is the best ever!

My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. They immediately took me back to great times with my Grandad like 25+ Years ago when I could eat 'normally’, and he used to spoil me and my brother every weekend and walk us to the bakery to choose what we wanted - it was always one of these or a Custard slice for me! I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week.
