It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was able to get it covered and decorated and ready for the wedding…. You truly were a life saver and my client had the tasty gluten free cakes that they needed.

I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. I just had to let you know about an order I recently made with you.It was delivered on time, exactly as the courier specified. Everything was still frozen and well packed.My husband and I had our first pies this evening. I had the chestnut mushroom and my husband had the steak and ale.
