I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much.
